Frequently Asked Questions

  1.  Do we need a reservation? Can we Walk-in? We require a reservation (same day is accepted). Please keep in mind we have limited availability and do book up quickly during the riding season. A reservation also helps us make sure we have the unit ready for you before arrival. This includes your signed rental agreement, relevant add-ons and more. We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to secure your dates.
  2. Do we have to wear goggles or helmet? Yes, helmets are required. You are more than welcome to bring your own DOT approved helmet as well. We will provide helmets and goggles if needed. 
  3. Do we need to place a deposit? How long until its refunded? Yes, we do require a reservation deposit of $200 to reserve the unit. This goes towards the final cost of the rental. We also require a security deposit of $2000-$3000 depending on make and model. This is due at time of pickup on a major credit card. We authorize the security deposit and release the funds when unit is returned in same or better condition. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for return to be initiated. 
  4. Do I have to purchase insurance? Yes, we require each renter to purchase daily liability coverage from MBA Powersports for $33/day. Our vehicles have a $5000 deductible in place with no exceptions. Should a loss or damage occur, your deposit hold will be captured and credited toward the damages total.
  5. How old do I have to be to rent? 25 years and older with a valid driver's license, credit card and current automotive insurance (if towing a trailer). Kids can ride in the rentals and accompany you on the adventure if they meet the minimums stated as 3 yrs/30 lbs with a car seat. Because these are rentals, all drivers MUST be 21 or older to drive with a signed rental agreement. All passengers under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if that parent/ guardian is not present. 
  6. What is your cancellation policy? If you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to pickup time, you will receive a full refund. We can also reschedule your rental for another time. Unfortunately, if you find you are under the 7 day window and need to cancel, we will not be able to offer a refund.
  7. What do I need to bring? The most important thing to bring is your valid driver's license, credit card and automotive insurance card. We will collect the remainder of payment and security deposit at time of pickup. We encourage our guests to bring ice chests, camping gear, drinks, chairs etc. If renting a trailer is part of your reservation, you will need either a 2" or 2 5/16" ball for the trailer. ( Ask ahead of time). We recommend bringing extra layers, sunscreen, sunglasses, gloves and closed toed shoes. Make sure to check the weather before your trip as well. We do not offer cancellations due to inclement weather, so plan accordingly.
